Red-bricked ancient houses of Southern Fujian
Collection situation
This is the traditional residence of Southern Fujian—red bricked ancient house. Red wall and swallow tail red-bricked buildings are widespread in the countrysides of Quanzhou, Xiamen, Kimen and Taiwan. Arched roofs look like saddles or swift swallow tails with two ends curling up and tapering. Houses are made of red bricks and tiles and bright in color.
